Clubhouse:
Our rustic style member’s exclusive wine Clubhouse is a 3000sq. ft. open concept location that reveals a relaxing atmosphere and emanates a feeling of warmth. Utilizing both floors will allow comfortable seating for up to 200 guests with a dance floor, DJ booth and bar. The second floor balcony seating provides magnificent views of the luscious vineyard and elegant dance floor as well as a private bridal suite and bridal bathroom. This room is equipped with wireless microphones, projector and screen, and surround sound system. We host many different events for our club members such as baptisms, weddings, birthday parties, and corporate events.

Tasting Room:
Our intimate tasting room is available to the public for groups of up to 45 guests. This room is adjacent to our store and opens onto a covered garden patio, set with picnic and trellis benches. Perfect for team meetings, tasting parties, birthdays and bridal showers.

Weddings
Our member’s exclusive clubhouse will create a unique setting for you and your guests to enjoy exceptional food and wine provided by friendly professionals. We welcome intimate weddings of under 40 to larger groups up to 200.

One-Stop-Venue
Our convenient location is a perfect one-stop venue for your ceremony, photographs and dinner reception all in one! The Best Western in Newmarket offers a guest shuttle from the hotel, providing a drop off prior to the ceremony and two guest pickups throughout the evening eliminating travel stress for your guests.

When your guests arrive they will marvel in the natural beauty that surrounds them while they take their seats next to the scenic pond and gazebo where the ceremony will take place. After your vows, take a picturesque walk throughout the grounds with your photographer. Enjoy spectacular back drops such as our vineyard, rustic shack, gazebo, waterfall and carriage while your guests take part in cocktail hour in the clubhouse or tasting room accompanied by house made hors d’oeuvres prepared by our preferred caterer, O’Malley’s. Offering multiple menu options for both plated dinner service and buffet service, working with our preferred caterer will provide your guests with an exquisite dining experience customized to your taste.
