The whites are crisp and mineral driven, with great length. The reds are bold, layered and complex – age is just a number for these wines.

Winemaker’s Notes:

Notes of black currants, strawberries and vanilla. Lots of dried fruit characteristics that linger on the palate. Structured and complex with smooth and spicy undertones. Barrel aged for 20 months in Armenian & Hungarian oak.

Pairings:

Black peppercorn steak, garlic roast beef, or aged cheeses.
