Holland Marsh Wineries only accepts payments in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All transactions posted and processed through our website are reflected in CAD. The minimum order is 6 bottles.
Holland Marsh Wineries ships throughout Canada using Canada Post as our courier service. A signature is required for all wine shipments by someone over 19 years of age in Ontario or of the legal drinking in their respective province of residence. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship wine outside of Canada.
Canada Post Deliveries
If no one is at home to sign when your delivery arrives, a Canada Post Delivery Notice Card will be left at your door indicating your nearest postal outlet and you have 10 days to pick up the package before it is returned to the winery. In this case additional shipping costs may be incurred. It’s recommended that you ship your packages to your place of work as deliveries occur during regular business hours. Shipping times may vary during Holidays and extreme weather conditions.
When you go to the post office to pick up your package you must bring:
• Your delivery notice card
• Government-issued photo ID
Ensuring your customer satisfaction is our top priority and if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund your purchase.
We will refund all purchases granted that:
- Packaging has not been damaged
- Product has not been opened and resealed
- Product has not been tampered with
- Product was stored properly and not damaged by unfavourable conditions (i.e. frozen, heated etc.)
For refunds there must be a proof of purchase, which can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If product is being shipped back to us, the shipping charge will be incurred by the party shipping the product. Upon receival of product, we will be able to refund the purchase. Customers are also able to refund by personally visiting our Winery Store with product in hand and proof of purchase.
