The whites are crisp and mineral driven, with great length. The reds are bold, layered and complex – age is just a number for these wines.

Winemaker’s Notes:

A rich and robust full-bodied red. Notes of sour dried cherry, red currant, and smoky leather. Ripe, yet elegant tannin balanced by warm spice flavours and a silky mouthfeel.

Barrel aged 10 months in Hungarian oak.

dry-rubbed rib eye steak, raspberry dark chocolate, pecorino
